Pakistan tour of England & Ireland 2018 schedule, Prediction

Pakistan will begin their tour of the UK in May with a Test match against Ireland and that will be followed by a two-match Test series against England.

This will be the first ever Test match that Ireland will play in their history, making it a game to watch and follow and if you are a Pakistan cricket fan it would also be an opportunity to watch the team which will be without some of its stars in Misbah ul Haq and Younis Khan, both of whom have retired from the game.

It’s also pertinent to note that in their very first World Cup, back in 2007, Ireland had beaten Pakistan to knock them out of the competition and the visitors will hope they do not suffer a similar fate in this banana-peel of a contest that will be played at The Village in Dublin.

This will be followed by their series against England, in which they will play two Tests. Pakistan will feature in a few warm-up games before the two Test series starts off against England at Lord’s and in Headingley. These Tests will be hosted on May 24 and June 1 respectively.

England’s last series against Pakistan was held in 2016 which ended with the visitors managing to carve out a 2-2 draw in England. In the two series before that, Pakistan had emerged victorious which means we need to go as far back as 2010 for England’s last series victory against them, a 3-1 win at home in that tainted series.
